A Life of Wonder 
I follow your site from time to time and I am really glad that you touched upon the point of “being in the present moment”. We keep postponing our happiness to the desired outcomes of the future. Good grades, job, marriage, kids, kids’ grades and the cycle goes on.
Very often our mind keeps oscillating between past(regrets) and future(hope) and is never in present (content). Being in the moment makes us so much more joyful and productive. It makes us more aware and more alive.
